Monitoring Log Audit TrailΒΆ

In the donor/grantee instance of KujaBuild, a user is able to:

  1. View the audit trail of the activities related to the Grant Tenant Communication module in the Audit Trails page.

The Audit Trails page displays the following information:

  • API Key generation.

  • API Key revocation.

  • Budget lines submission.

  • Monitoring logs audit trail.

  • Scheduled donor reporting action.

As a dashboard view to provide actionable insights e.g view donor reporting timelines. Additionally, there are list and form views.

Monitoring Log Dashboard
You can view the list of entries for each loggable action. On click, you will be able to to view the following information in detail:

  • Timestamp - when it occured

  • User - the user who performed the action

  • IP address - of the device triggering the action

  • Status - the outcome of the action, whether success or failure
